assurance task by operating static source code analysis and dynamic
application analysis. Conduct comparative analysis of different software
assurance tools to decide best-suited tools for the ongoing work. Utilize
static analysis tools proficiently, including Parasoft, Coverity, HP
Fortify, WebInspect, and AppDetective. Render assistance and pertinent
information on the correct usage of static and dynamic tools by
communicating with the government customer.
V Generated alternative secure architecture for advertising a strong
Internet voting solution for overseas US service employees.

company to assess source code which was developed in several languages

Modification Management Information System (MMIS) Project Manager Dec
2011-Sep 2012
Took charge of all phases of project management, including budget,
personnel, customer satisfaction, and timely customer support. Performed
accurate tacking for the adjustment of more than 1.2 million isolated parts
of Army equipment. Updated the database based on user's special requests
from the 22,000 users of the system. Checked and created reports regarding
the health of the system submitted to the Army G/4 Maintenance Division and
CALIBRE Leadership Team. Organized and facilitated on-site training to end
users at Fort Bragg, Fort Benning, Florida National Guard Center, and South
Korea.
V Sustained 22,000 user accounts encompassing activation and suspension
of all account
V Efficiently served as a primary point of contact for all matters
associated with MMIS, a high-visibility system reporting on the
modification maintenance on all Army weapons systems and equipment;

MMIS which sent email notification to all registered users when a new
Safety of Use Message (SOUM) was released by the Army.

Assumed full accountability in rendering briefings to the customer and the
Command at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC). Liaised between the voting
system vendors and BAMC; and monitored and handled all Internet
connectivity through proper coordination with BAMC. Worked closely with
voting system vendors and the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT) to
devise a testing plan and lesson material for the students at AFIT; as well
as with various government agencies including Defense Intelligence Agency
(DIA), National Security Agency (NSA), National Institute of Standards and
Technology (NIST), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and Election
Assistance Commission (EAC). Directed all team members to include billable
time and non-billable time and sustained Test Team portion of the Microsoft
Project plan. Performed risk analysis and mitigated risk for the Test Team.
Maintained all weekly, monthly and in progress review (IPR) reports and
briefing materials.
V Incorporated seven different voting system vendors products into a
Voting System Test Laboratories (VSTL) for testing for the new EAC

V Spearheaded all subcontracts needed between CALIBRE and each vendor
and two VSTLs; while ensuring that the testing were on schedule and
within budget by performing review on status reports on a weekly basis
from VSTL
V Facilitated Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act
(UOCAVA) Solutions Working Group meeting in San Francisco, California

Forged coordination with the executive secretariat of the Senior Oversight
Committee and the Joint Executive Council (SOC/JEC) to generate internal
SOPs and COOP plans. Participated in executive-level meetings, involving
all logistics activities. Served as lead analyst for projects under the
Office of the Secretary of Defense to regulate information management
standards across the Department of Defense Enterprise. Delivered support to
the Military Personnel Policy (MPP) Division of Personnel and Readiness

Congress to eliminate the entire social security number from a service
member's DD 214 separation document.

cost-effective processes to determine complete process integration
into DIMHRS.
V Devised Duty Status matrix used to track service member's duty status
regarding their career and change control matrix, allowing MPP to
monitor the status of ongoing changes in DIMHRS.
V Executed DIMHRS Systems Acceptance Testing (SAT) and acted as subject
matter expert with personnel and pay matter to include accessions,
promotions, military pay, and all other personnel matters.
V Proactively performed business process analysis; planned and designed
diagrams of the process and developed ways to improve processes as
well as SOP for the conducting of the Overarching Integrated Product
Team and the Senior Oversight Committee.
V Produced and instituted eShare site for all members; introduced
information management across the Department of Defense enterprise,
which included approval and management of standards used to develop
policy while adhering to enterprise standards.
V Administered thorough analysis of the Department of Defense's Soldiers
Guaranteed Life Insurance program, determining eligibility for part-
time benefits as opposed to full-time benefits presented to Northrop
Grumman for their use in programming the DIMHRS project
