1. National Aerospace Laboratories, Bangalore, INDIA (April 2010-till date):
Programme Manager, National Civil Aircraft Development (NCAD)
• Program Management for carrying out Feasibility Studies of 90 seater regional
transport aircraft (RTA). My job entailed project planning, critical path definition, risk
management, and technical coordination among design groups.
• Reporting of Project performance Scorecards and Risks Management Dashboards to
the Senior Management. External interactions with both domestic & International
Vendors /OEMs / Agencies regarding contracts, NDAs and MOUs.
• Planning and Execution of NAL NASA International workshop on Integrated Vehicle
Health Management (IVHM), 2012
• Built and led a team of 20 engineers to deliver on variety of projects at NAL.
Flight Testing (Fixed Wing): Exposure to FTE training at Air Force Test Pilot School.
Presently working in the Flight Test Team of Prototype Testing of Military Transport category
Aircraft (July’12 till date).
• Preparation of Flight Test plans, Preparedness of Telemetry, Aircrew Manual, Cockpit
switches and Operational aspects of key systems e.g. Electrical, Avionics, ECS, Fuel,
Engine, Propeller, Nacelle.
• Test and Evaluation of Airbus A320 and Boeing B737 NG CAE Level D Full Flight
Simulator by flying them for 2 and 1 hour respectively.
2. Technical Program Manager, Honeywell International, Czech Republic (2008-10)
• Program Manager of Turbocharger’s Global R&D Organization. Defined and Implemented
project management practices across 4 Honeywell sites in the USA, France, Shanghai &
Czech Republic to ensure schedule, quality, & cost of the programs.
• Managed Qualification of Turbochargers Test Laboratories (Gas Stands) for GT6 to GT55
range of Turbo to ensure accuracy & repeatability of test results (compressor and turbine
performance maps) for the customers.
• Systems Engineer: Trade-off studies on optimum Aircraft's Engine-level ECS power
architectures for A320/B737 class of aircraft.
3. Consultant, Quality & Risk Management, Accenture, INDIA (2003-05)
• Development of eSCM Quality-model (in conjunction with Carnegie Mellon University,
USA) and implementation of business practices at Accenture Finance Solutions.
Performed Business Continuity and Risk Management for diverse clients (Oil & Gas,
European Bank, & Insurance).
4. R&D Engineer, GE Global Research, INDIA/USA (2001-03)
• Engineering Design tool development at GE Power System, Schenectady, New York.
Developed turbine design tools for productivity enhancement by automating the process
of thrust computation. Testing & validation of in-house fracture mechanics tool for Hot
Gas path aero engine components. The tool was developed with an aim to knock-off
design cycle time in the existing design process.
5. Scientist, DRDO, Ministry of Defence INDIA (1997-01)
• Thermal design & analysis of Aero Engine components such as Compressor casing,
Turbine blades and vanes, and discs. Obtained correlation through Engine Test runs.

Engineer at Honeywell Turbo (Brno) and Honeywell Aerospace (Prague) respectively.

Aerodynamic Design and Analysis of an Axial Flow Fan for high altitude aerospace
application.
• General Electric (GE) Power Systems, Schenectady, New York, USA: Mar-Oct’ 01: To carry
out productivity enhancement projects in Steam Turbine Design Systems at the GEPS
• Airbus headquarters, Toulouse, France. Dec’05. Airbus workshop on futuristic aircraft
design. Orientation visit to Final Assembly Line of A330, A340 and A380.
• Accenture, Singapore. Jul-Aug’05. To formulate Business Continuity and Risk Management
strategy for FY 05-06 for Accenture India Business Process Outsourcing.
• Fokker Aerospace and KLM Airlines, The Netherlands. Nov’05. As a part of Masters
program, the objective was to understand the business evolution of Enterprises to become
lean, their implementation and supply chain strategies.
