As a Release Manager, I am responsible for the following:

2) Assignment Name : Integrated Network System & Expres

INS is used to view the current utilisation of the network, in terms of circuits and routes, and also allows
planning of future use. INS is one of many systems employed by BT to manage its capacity assignment
processes. It is now the main system by which the Inner and Outer Core networks, plus the Digital Local
Access network are recorded and assigned.
Responsibilities
As a Support member, was involved in the following activities:

for provisioning residence Voice Mail requests initiated in the business office.
