reporting, both income and balance sheet reporting (accountings),

linking same to the initial Visio model, building a second working pro

forma transactional model. Working from the transactional models and

with extensive use of Sequel, Excel, and Power Point I built an all-

inclusive transactional accountability pro forma transactional working

flow model complete with interactive procedures and managerial alerts.

. Next business day: within less than five hours of previous day close

of business the following issued: daily "Flash" Report: Executive

Summary, dashboard, expectation(s) to performance analysis, slides,

detailed COGS and job order analysis, accounts receivable collections

charts, charts, graphs, month end pro forma, and departmental

reporting thirty power point two pages. Very thorough all inclusive

complete with slide show, drill down to application detail and/or

excel data. Within 9 months all data integrity, accountability,

reconciliations, analysis, and reporting inconsistency issues were
