WMS, INV), Oracle 9i, HP-Unix, Forms 6i, Reports 6i,
Discoverer, Tutorial 11i, SQL*Plus, PL/SQL, APIs and Data
Pumps, Workflow Builder, Oracle Alerts, TOAD
Responsibilities:
. Team lead for 10-15 person team of application developers
. Involved in data conversion from legacy system using APIs and Data
pumps
. Involved in implementation of HR module and played an important
role in system study, gap analysis, Organizational Setup in HR,
Flexfields creation, defining positions, grades, grade steps,
progression points, jobs, recruitment activities and competencies
etc as per the BDF requirements.
. Involved in creating, enhancing and optimizing simple to complex
reports using Oracle Discoverer reporting tool. Report examples
HRMS demographic tabs, periodic HR and pay aggregates for permanent
and temporary employees, HR position control and vacancy reports
. Granted access privileges to specific users and granted security
access to use related business areas using Oracle Discoverer
. Labeled information in a business area to help end users identify
the information they will want to access
. Improved the association between folders by creating the necessary
joins between folders in the business area
. Set up items in a hierarchy to enable end users to drill up and
down the hierarchy to view related information
. Coordinated system development activities with other members of the
project team as required
. Designed new Forms and Reports using Oracle Forms 6i that interface
with Oracle Financials and HRMS
. Developed extensions, conversions and interfaces and integrated the
system with Oracle Applications
. Designed enhancements to custom forms, reports, concurrent programs
and procedures
. Registered Forms, reports, parameters and concurrent programs in
Oracle Application
. Provided documentation of changes and enhancements to custom code
. Involved with System Administration including creating user
accounts and access privileges, menus and report sets, creating
Security Profiles, Menus, Menus Functions
