Project Title: Fault Detection and Protection of 3phase Induction Motor using Sensors.

Duration: 9months.

Softwares Used: MPLab, SQL2005, MS Visual Studio 2005, PSpice, MATLAB.

Hardware Used: PIC Microcontroller, Voltage, Current, speed and Temperature sensor.

Project Brief Description: Protection of an induction motor against possible problems such as over

voltage, over current, overload, over temperature and under voltage, occurring in the course of its

operation using advanced sensors. .Net used for user interface and SQL database is created to store the

continuous readings of current, voltage, Temperature and speed. Bluetooth technology is used to make

the monitoring system work wireless.

ENGINEERING PROJECT DETAILS:

Project title: Design and Development of OSVM in Military Radars.

Undertaken At Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) Bangalore.

Duration: 45 Days.

Environment: Keil Microvision, Proteus 7.4 Simulator, Flash Magic.

Project brief description: OSVM stands for Online Status Vision Module. It indicates the present

status of the Radar module. The main concern of OSVM is to detect the faults and monitor the

temperature continuously in Radar module. It also helps to take the required preventive actions such

as turning ON/OFF the AC, Fan or Heater to maintain constant temperature inside the module. It also

takes the precautionary measures such as fault detection and displaying it through LEDs` to safeguard

the devices in electronic environment.

1. Microprocessor 8086 and 8085, Microcontroller 8051, C programming, C# programming,

XML, WPF, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, VM Ware, AutoCAD.
