The purpose of this project was to build an OS&D website for all the OS&D user groups (OS&D central,
Customer Service, Inventory Control, and NDC/3PL) to raise and track the claims. The new web based
application helped to divide the claim administration activities as per group and set the claim workflow
based on the OS&D type. This new approach provided greater claim visibility, better management and
control over the claims.
