forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintained status of customer
requirements for a full line of existing and future products. Responded to
RFP's/RFI's. Identified, evaluated, and recommended marketing opportunities

Project Manager: Consumer Billing Integrated Feature Testing
January 1999 -April 2000
Responsible for tracking and reporting on all facets of a testing
environment, assuring that modifications to Consumer Billing Systems'
software were properly certified prior to production release. Lead team of
20 - 30 members depending on needs of various projects with the possibility
of multiple projects concurrently.
Feasibility Analyst: Message Processing System
November 1997 - January 1999
Introduced and managed process changes and system enhancements to
telecommunication billing systems in the area of message processing.
Defined client needs, offered solutions and prepared time and cost
estimates.
Project Manager: ITMS Tables Group
February 1995 - October 1997
Acted as the initial point of contact for the tables group in matters of
software and other table-related services, supporting residence, business
and other billing-related applications and support groups. Responsibilities
included acting as team lead, providing subject matter expertise on Data
needs and issues, providing detailed analysis and requirements,
coordinating data needs for multiple software releases, negotiating the
data needs for multiple interfacing support groups, troubleshooting of
production data problems and the tracking of project schedules and
milestones.
Programmer and Test Specialist: ITMS Tables Group
June 1990 - February 1995
Developed and maintained software systems and processes. Duties included
trouble shooting production-related data problems, benchmarking, process
analysis and coding. Worked with COBOL, PLl, MVS JCL, Assembler and TSO.
Provided support in the areas of unit testing, subsystem testing and system
integration testing for the Interactive Table Maintenance System. Duties
included the testing of new software as well as process improvements to the
legacy system, subsystem testing of interactive software processes that
created, edited and deployed data tables, and the overall user acceptance
testing.
