Executive Assistant / Human Resources Administrator (2004 – 2013)

Primary professional administrative resource to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and

assistant the Human Resource Department in a variety of complex, responsible and confidential

administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinated hiring/recruitment processes for both internal and external candidates from

entry to executive level; developed interview schedules, conducted background checks,

generated offer letters and rejection letters, produced hiring package (hiring documents
