Summary

I am an highly experience motivated hard working man looking for a secure position within an organized company. I love what I do and I don’t mind putting in the hours necessary to get the projects completed per the projects schedule. I am always very involved in my projects and keep very thorough journals of work completed on a day to day basis. I enjoy working with people who don’t mind working hard for what they want and also with those who take pride in their finished product. I appreciate it when people pay attention to detail, however at the same time I understand that the project is controlled by time as well as money. I do whatever I can to ensure that the company that I work for is represented with the utmost respect and integrity. You can complete every job great and be the best, but you cut corners on one project and cause accidents and you have just created a negative image against your company’s logo. I will ensure that every “I’ is dotted and every “t” is crossed so as to make sure that the company’s name is preserved for projects to come.

Experience:

Over thirty five years experience. Beginning in California as an helper part time on job sites scrapping houses and spotting nails. I continued working in construction through my teen years after school, on weekends, and through the summers, I advanced to lead man, then to foreman, to assistant superintend, to superintend, to project manager, to associate builder.

have built and/or remodeled houses, apartments, Upton Stores, Barnes and Nobles, Footlocker, Victoria Secrets, Learners, Dave and busters, Starbucks, Ingles, Schools, Hospitals, Chick filets, Rite Aids, Worked on the Palace Sage Building from beginning to end. I worked as finish superintend on the king and queen towers in Atlanta. I have built homes from the 130's to upwards of over 2.6 million. I have worked as project manager on apartments from an hundred units to nine hundred units at a time throughout the U.S. Supervised crew of up to 200 on schools. Great at troubleshooting. Have been called to many jobs to solve problems others couldn't solve.

In working with disaster relief, I have had the opportunity to solve multiple issues that seemed impossible or too expensive to correct and was able to solve the problems at hand quickly, and many times economically without jeopardizing quality.

I have never faced a problem that couldn't be solved. I am confident in every area of construction, whether building, surveying, estimating, supervising, or providing for those who are.

This is just a brief summary of my experience; for more information call or email me.

Thanks Okie Ellinger
