25 contractors.

Oversee the planning, budgeting for the development of 1, 5, and 10

year business plans.

Direct all performance management, and employee development of the

employees in the Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and Outage

Management of 45 million dollar Outage & Maintenance budget, Supervise

staff of 45 employees and 25 contractors daily. Instituted the process

improvements to change the business and plant culture through employee

commitment and accountability. Developed and Instituted a strategic plan for

complete plant overhaul.

Provided leadership and strategic direction to promote the safe, reliable

and efficient daily operations and maintenance of the Cheswick Station.

Oversee the planning/ budgeting for the 1, 5, and 10 year business plans

Performance management and employee development of the

employees in the Maintenance and Outage Departments.

Lead the effort to return plant Efficiency and Reliability.

and efficient daily operations and maintenance of the GenOn-Potomac

River Station.

(GenOn) Co-Lead Fleet Reliability Council- Tasked with addressing work

representing the needs of each organization while taking the best of the

legacy Mirant and RRI LOTO programs and developing a comprehensive

LOTO program for GenOn that consistently uses locks.

Maintenance Team Leader- 2004-2009

Planning and Execution of Daily, Outage work.

Unit 8, 9, 10 Fall Outage-Night Outage Manager for all Plant Mechanical,

E&I and Contract Labor. This was the largest outage in Gorgas history

which included a major precipitator rebuild, superheat header

replacement, 2 high pressure feed water heaters, and turbine valve refurb.

On 3 Units, substantial waterwall replacement and numerous other

projects.

Management of plant metrics goals (PaSTA) for both Mechanical and

E&I.

Lead culture change in maintenance department. Blended mechanical

and E&I crafts into one crew that resulted in unit ownership and

dramatically increased productivity.

Managed Turbine Outage-Unit 6 Major Turbine. Due to severe budget

constraints, used plant mechanics to rebuild turbine that save plant

budget $200,000.

Performance Management of Mechanical, E&I employees and OJT of

Mechanical and E&I Apprentices.

Management of 4 week rolling plan for Mechanical and E&I

Maintenance.

Planning and Execution of Condensate/Feedwater and Boiler Systems

daily and outage work.

Managed Onsite-Contractor daily and outage work.

Boiler Specialist- 2002-2004

Planning and Execution of Boiler Outages for 5 Units-(4 Drum type and

1 Super-Critical).

Supported Boiler Inspection Team that was instrumental in reducing

boiler tube failure. Boiler Inspection Team efforts have dramatically

reduced plant yearly and peak season EFOR.
