• Managed operational and safety training for 26 warehouse employees, maintaining a 100%

completion rate.

• Managed the Nassau terminal safety training for 80 employees, improving the training percentage

from 30% to 100% for 2011.

• Expertly trained over 300 personnel in flight deck operations resulting in over 79,000 mis-hap

free flight deck evolutions and 14,000 aircraft moves, ensuring all sorties were met.

• Designed, developed and restructured the Shipboard Aircraft firefighting Curriculum increasing

• Superior management of HSM-40's SH-60B fleet replacement aircrew curriculum and over 45

• As Air department Training Coordinator, planned, organized and conducted firefighting training

for over 350 personnel, ensuring personnel were proficient in responding to hazards, firefighting

procedures/techniques, and salvaging all fire emergencies.

• Supervised the firefighting training of 30 HLT personnel, 34 NAS Pensacola Firefighters, 136

DOD/Mutual Aid Firefighters and 32 Blue Angel crew members. Provided over 50 hours of

hands on salvage procedures and over 150 hours of live firefighting training.

• Led an eight-person mobile firefighting team in training over 600 shipboard and NAS Corpus Christi

personnel in basic aircraft firefighting training, saving the Navy over $160,000 in TAD funds.

• As an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Management Supervisors (ADAMS) Facilitator, trained and

educated over 500 personnel on drug abuse, prevention and care.

• Managed ten instructors in providing advanced firefighting training to 950 students and 18 Fleet

crash and salvage teams. The training included complex salvage and firefighting procedures with

over 9600 hours of live firefighting.

• Ensured that statutory training requirements were met, developed and provided quarterly

reporting on training and development metrics, including number of courses, participant profiles

and evaluation results.

• Assessed client needs and goals and worked with independent managers to meet those goals.
