provider in Indonesia. Responsible for all the business workstreams – Transformation Initiation, Business

Processes, Benefits Realization, Organization Change Management, Readiness and Deployment.

• R equirements Track Lead of the BSS/OSS Transformation Program at US Cellular. Responsible for

Business Processes and Requirements scope sign-off for a multi-year program to replace legacy

applications with Amdocs CRM, Ordering & Billing products suite.

• E ngagement Lead at a NA VoIP service provider. Responsible for business processes and requirements

scope sign-off for the program including Managed Services, leading to an overall contract closure of ~40M.

• B usiness Processes and Requirements Lead of the Transformation Program at Rogers, Canada.

Responsible for all Front-Office business process design, requirements gathering and sign-off for a multi-

year >$500M program to replace legacy applications of two operational silos (Cable and Wireless) with a

converged architecture consisting of Amdocs CRM, Ordering, Billing and OSS products suite.

design of current and target business processes for Order to Cash processes
