With more than 15 years of professional experience, I have deep understanding of entire lifecycle of building products and
the surrounding organization infrastructure. Having worked in Delivery, Product Development and Consulting organization,

provider in Indonesia. Responsible for all the business workstreams – Transformation Initiation, Business
Processes, Benefits Realization, Organization Change Management, Readiness and Deployment.
• R equirements Track Lead of the BSS/OSS Transformation Program at US Cellular. Responsible for
Business Processes and Requirements scope sign-off for a multi-year program to replace legacy
applications with Amdocs CRM, Ordering & Billing products suite.
• E ngagement Lead at a NA VoIP service provider. Responsible for business processes and requirements
scope sign-off for the program including Managed Services, leading to an overall contract closure of ~40M.
