surficial lead within the soil matrix, groundwater table, and possible

runoff. Thesis included extensive lab work on soils, site mapping,

background checks, well installation, surface, precipitation, and

groundwater monitoring, and all environmental and geologic aspects

pertaining to the site.

1. Developed and implemented the Corporate Safety Manual for JR

Engineering, Liquid Control Corp., and Wayne County Commissioners

2. Acquired a Department of Transportation Exemption Number allowing

shipment of hazardous equipment in company equipment, and saving the

company $50,000 - $80,000 per year. (Liquid Control)

3. Developed a Safety Audit and Accident Investigation Procedure reducing

lost time accidents and injuries. (Liquid Control, JR Engineering,
