PERSONAL PROFILE

I have been working within the Milton Keynes branch of IKEA for over six years now as part of the Risk

management team safety and security, Kingdom Security, and Vision Security Group, starting first as an Officer,

then a Team Leader, and now as a Supervisor. This has granted me a wealth of experience in areas such as SEC

checks, ASRs, IWAY, and KPIs within the safety and security sector.

This year I have received an award for dealing with crime and supporting the police, became the first external

contractor to be part of an IWAY audit, and was presented with a glass trophy for my part in a fraud investigation

that saved the store a lot of money. However, the biggest achievement has been working in conjunction with the

Risk Manager, and my Security team to deliver a 98.9% score in SEC check, 100% score in ASR, and a Return on

Investment of 131% (equalling £231,000). It has proven to be a fantastic year for the Safety and Security Team

and I am very proud to be a part of that team at IKEA in Milton Keynes. And a big drive on health and safety

policies and standards to ensure the site fully complies with our corporate healthy and safe working policies and

zero accident objectives.

I am a friendly and outgoing person with a good sense of humour. I am also honest, reliable, and have excellent

communication skills. I have strong team management and leadership skills and vast experience of carrying out

investigations. I am self-motivated and self-critical, and I am able to work well under pressure in order to meet

deadlines. I constantly strive towards new challenges in order to expand my knowledge and skillset.
