. Managed a group of up to three cost estimators. Reviewed estimates

prepared for quality control purposes. Determined if proper means

. Assignments included the performance of due diligence Property

Condition Assessment Inspections in order to opine on the overall

condition of a commercial property with regard to site development,

architectural features, structural elements and

risks to be faced during ownership. Projects inspected included

all types of commercial property. Properties assessed were located
