Biography

Michael has been in the industry for 15 years, but discovered his love for makeup when he was a little boy. His

individualistic approach to doing makeup emphasizes bringing out a client’s inner beauty. Working with a

person’s natural features, his philosophy is the whole being is canvas.

He studied at the Natural Motion Institute for 2 years, and thus began his career doing makeup for weddings,

local fashion shows and most recently, for a client who was featured on the Canadian reality show “the Party”.

Michael has been freelancing for many years and his clientele includes Elvira, party planner and owner of Space

Odyssey USA in New Jersey.

The Mayn Experience, with MAYN being an acronoym for Michael, Amanda, Yvette, and Nora, began with his

vision of wanting his clients to feel pampered and beautiful, and at the same time, have fun getting their makeup

done. Working with the client to accentuate their look, “ultimately creates a feeling of beauty from the inside,

not just superficiality.”

His ultimate goal is to create his own makeup and skincare line, to cater to all women.Is Inner Beauty connected
