RESUME

• Analyzing all Non feasible enterprise cases and making them feasible on an On

going basis.

• Handing field calls and providing resolution on call, arranging field visits for Non

feasible cases and evaluate all possibilities to make them feasible.

• Visiting not feasible enterprise customer on regular basis and making them feasible

on wi-max network.

P rima ry Responsibilities:

• Performing Pre-drive test and post-drive test for new site.

• Conducting Drive test and verifying the LAC, Handover from one BSC to another

BSC, dedicated mode test on Drive Test for software up gradation to BSCs

• Ideal mode and Dedicate mode Drive Test and verifying the log files

• Analyzing the log files for call drops, handovers & failures and handling over to the

concerned BSC Engineer.
