. Conducting the Initial HR interview to collect Employment details,

Educational details, Project details, CTC, ECTC, notice period and salary

negotiations

. Handling Walk-in interviews, conducting the initial round of interview,

Primary Responsibilities as a Sr Technical Recruiter:

* Responsible for recruitment of Software consultants across India with

different technologies at different roles and levels with primary

focus on Testing and Enterprise Resource Planning.

* Handling end to end recruitment process planning, sourcing, screening,

scheduling, and conducting recruitment drives at various locations to

hire adequate volumes.

* Working on salary fitments, negotiating offers and bringing the

recruits on board successfully.

* Guiding the sourcing team in developing strategies to build up a

resource pool.

* Tracking the number of recruits against the requirement and provide

reports to Business heads and understanding their further needs

* Training and helping new associates joining the recruitment team to

lead their roles to the best extent

* Taking active role in bringing the pace in the process, by designing

the hierarchy and work strategies

on boarded and all reference checks and the documents are checked to

Posting, sending mailer and Advertisements Etc.

. Expertise in Sourcing, Screening, Selection, and Negotiate with

candidates, extend offers, negotiate compensation, Post Offer Follow up.

. Created and generated weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to assess

individual performance.

. Understanding the requirements and providing the best resource as per

their requirement which helps to establish satisfying business

relationship.

. Daily recruitment status report - Generate daily reports exhibiting
