filling of wetlands or mangrove trimming violations. Prepared complaints

with the complainant and the alleged violator, measuring mangroves,
identifying wetlands, (by plants, soils, and hydrologic indicators) and

Enforcement Database (Oracle database).

about environmental concerns in Florida (such as mangroves, wetlands,

development projects (such as marinas, beach nourishment, coastal buildings
and resorts), and coordinating with various local, state, and federal
agencies as well as project design professionals to secure environmental
