Vermont and EPA/New Hampshire Multi Sector General Stormwater Permits,
Federal Spill Plan Requirements, Public Weightmaster License, Act 250

with the complainant and the alleged violator, measuring mangroves,
identifying wetlands, (by plants, soils, and hydrologic indicators) and
determining if a violation had occurred. Documented all phases of
investigations in the Environmental Resource Permitting Compliance
Enforcement Database (Oracle database).

simultaneously. Responsibilities included: learning and informing clients
about environmental concerns in Florida (such as mangroves, wetlands,
submerged aquatic vegetation, manatees, sea turtles, beach erosion, and
flood zones), processing regulatory permits for coastal and waterfront
development projects (such as marinas, beach nourishment, coastal buildings
and resorts), and coordinating with various local, state, and federal
agencies as well as project design professionals to secure environmental
permits.
