Part of the negotiating team for the procurement of Oracle Licensing, managed to close

the deal with 81% discount on the list price (Largest discount of the region.)
• Successful negotiation with ZTE to convert ESL (Embedded Software Licensing) to Full Licensing
model for Oracle Database. This resulted in saving of US$ 1 Million in CapEx.
• Microsoft Premier Support hours were increased by 5 times without paying any additional
cost. Approximate saving of US $ 200K.
The uptime of ATM service of MCB Bank was not meeting the Regularity requirements.

ITSM and Infrastructure monitoring project was initiated and delivered resulted in
brining the uptime to 99.99% as required.
