marketing plan development and special projects.
Led Manufacturing Site selection, facility retro fit for new Joint Venture on time and within budgeted costs. $ 6.0
Million project being delivered on time and on budget.
Successfully lead sales activity for the Chrysler KL program that resulted in Piston winning 6 year $ 158 Million
assembly activity for front & rear suspension modules for Jeep Cherokee. Piston was awarded a 6 year
assembly contract in 2012.
Lead site search, lease negotiations for 4 plants for Piston’s operations in Toledo, Kentucky and Missouri.
Launched 55,000 sq. feet warehousing project within 3 weeks, with zero stock out incidents.
Successfully negotiated settlement in a third party lawsuit that eliminated Piston’s exposure to $ 300,000
indemnification.
Identified and implemented annualized energy cost savings of $61,000 for our Redford facility
since lease inception in 2004.

Successfully relocated Piston Automotive business unit from Detroit to Redford with zero safety

Negotiated a settlement that saved Piston 50% for utility costs and 100% of taxes and common
area charges for Gateway facility post lease expiration.
Launched C170 cooling module assembly program from Gateway with zero detects and 100%
delivery compliance to Ford’s Wayne Assembly Plant.
Led Kaizen events within each business unit. Expanded scope included employee training in lean
manufacturing and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout 3 Joint Ventures and 2
fully owned companies within Piston Group.
