Roles & Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

. Active participation in planning of human resource requirement

according to the projects.

. Managing complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent

involving head hunting, posting/sourcing the profiles through job

portal; scrutinizing, short listing & Identifying specialized

candidates; scheduling & conducting interviews, pre-employment tests,

reference checks and salary negotiations.

. Prepare job descriptions for recruitment positions. Understand the

skills required for the particular position, and draft the job

descriptions accordingly.

. Conduct HR interviews of the candidates and coordinate for technical

Joining & Induction:

status change and variance report.

HR Operation:
