Academic project:

Project Title: E-Shopping

Brief Introduction of project: E-shopping (electronic shopping) is buying or purchasing goods

or services online by giving online or offline payments. In fact, people can purchase their

products from companies online for e.g.: Books, clothing, household appliances, toys, watches

etc..

My project contains three modules A) Administrator, B) Customer, C) Employee.

A) Administrator plays crucial role in online shopping because he should take care about the

requirements of the products to satisfy the customer needs.

B) Customer can do window shopping and checks the prices and compare with other stores

what are new arrivals in the stores and customer service is available 24/7

C) The role of employee is important because he maintains the records of customers when

the customer selects the products and he ‘add to cart’ the employee responsible has to

deliver the product in time.

Role in Project:

I designed web site for my project.

Technologies used in project:

1) Java version "1.6.0_22"

2) Oracle 10g Data base to maintain the records

3) Html & Java script for creating dynamic web pages

4) Apache Tomcat-to maintain the web server to run

Brief Introduction of Project:

Splash Video player is similar to you-tube and this was done by another Batch in my

Institute and I have taken this project and written the test cases in Functional,Integration,System

testing and to track bugs I have used QC Management tool and I have tested this application.

Deployed in Management Tool

Effectively found Bugs in the project
