Citiworks is Citi Mortgage Inc.'s imaging and workflow

system for managing a loan after a borrower contacts

Citi Mortgage till the time it is approved. It is an

application providing immediate online access to loan

data and documents. Citiworks eliminates the physical

file from the floor and integrates with the existing

CFI loan database system. It provides an automated way

of organizing work and moving customer information

between employees. This is called a workflow.

Citiworks allows more than one person to access loan

Contribution: related file at one time. It also reduces cycle time

and risk of lost files, eliminates errors, enhanced

customer service and improves process controls. Once

approved, loan goes to the Servicing.

Install and configure new Web and Application servers

and related hardware under the direction of Citigroup

onsite coordinator.

Configure Web Logic Servers in a Cluster solution for

High Availability, Load balancing and fail over
