REFERENCE'S
To whom it may concern,
This is in reference to the position of Onsite Management performed for me at my motel,
the Sunset Inn, of Osceola, IA, and in reference to and Sally Knott I took ownership of the
Sunset Inn in late 1993 from my father's death. The motel was in poor condition, and after
mistakes by other managers I had hired, the motel was in worse shape by the time I came
upon Sally in January of 1996.
Sally were hired in 1996, and I will never regret that decision. Within one year, the motel
was doing a complete about face. Sally took a motel that rental percentages were around
20%, and turned it around to 50% within a year, and up to almost 90% in 2002.
She worked around the clock with maintenance, marketing, friendly front desk service, and
gaining much repeat business. Sally is honest, dependable, reliable, and friendly.Sally
work harder than I would ever expect her to, and are always willing to go the extra mile.
I am saddened by the fact that I must see them move on to bigger and better things, but
due to an extremely generous offer, I find myself with the decision of selling the motel, and
moving on to bigger and better things as well. Anyone to hire this wonderful team or
seperate will never regret that decision, as I have not. I wish Sally luck, and wish only
good things for them in the future.
Sincerely yours,
Katheryn Knutson

Sally was Onsite manager managing a 18 unit motel in Dry Ridge Kentucky for me, called
Dry Ridge Motor Inn. She managed from 2003 to 2004.She also handled my 64 unit
storage unit building behind the motel.
She is hard worker. Very honest. Work everyday, all day, and sometimes night in shifts.
She would step up and do housekeeping, and kept books for me. Make bank deposits
every day. Sally would also maintenance in and around motel, and is very good.
I must see her go because I am ill and want to back to China, and must sell my motel.
