June1993 to Present

Write and maintain all Cal-OSHA required programs. Conduct all authorized

safety training: Forklift, Lockout, Confined Space, Fall Protection, and

CPR/First Aid. Conduct Safety training for orientation of new employees.

Conduct safety audits to maintain Cal/OSHA compliance. Conduct evacuation

drills, Investigate accidents and assist Supervisors with all Safety

issues. CalOSHA & OSHA resource for all California Saputo Plants. Conduct

CPR/First Aid training at all California plants. Consult on new

construction to maintain compliance with Cal/OSHA. 1999- 2004 I was the

Production Supervisor- Supervised crew of 12. I did the work schedule for

all the employees for the entire plant. I conducted safety and GMP training

for my shift. 1995-1997- I was the Packaging/Shred Supervisor- Supervised

crew of 21, conducted safety and GMP training, managed all records. 1995-

1999- Production Supervisor- Supervised a crew of 12, conducted safety and

GMP training. 1995-1993 Shred Foreman- Supervised crew of 16. Set

production schedules, maintained inventories, ordered packaging materials,

set employee schedules, conducted all safety and GMP training in Shred,

Managed a workforce of approximately 70 employees Supervised all

production, scheduled employees, scheduled production, hired employees and

trained all production employees. Managed two production lines, the Ribbon

and 2lb/5lb processing lines. I worked with Sales reps. and customers to

develop new products. Developed Safety programs and trained employees.

March 13, 1992 plant burned down and was not rebuilt.

Cut and Wrap Plant supervised crew of 6. Conducted inspections of

equipment, ordered and maintained cleaning chemicals, worked with USDA and

FDA inspectors, and conducted safety training for Sanitation Crew. Also

performed Inventory Control and ordered packaging materials. Performed as a

Personnel Manager and was responsible for scheduling of the workforce .Also

performed the duties of Ribbon Department Manager, Night Shift Foreman,

Assistant foreman, Machine operator, and Line Worker In 1987 Clearfield

Cheese was purchased by Schreiber Foods Inc. plant downsized. My job was to

transition the workforce of approx. 308 employees through transition

training, helping to retire, retrain, and downsize the workforce. After

downsizing the plant employed approximately 78 people.
