Thesis entitled: Long – Range UHF and SHF Propagation using LTMC Observations (3 months).

Brief Description : The main purpose of doing on UHF/SHF propagation over land was important to

understand occurrence of anomalous propagation during summer at nights. Signal strength and meteorological

data was applied to determine the Refractivity, Temperature gradient and Relative humidity gradient using

MATLAB software.

Master's Mini Projects:

Design of UHF radio systems between hospital and moving ambulance: Transmission o f

digitized voice, data and image of patient from ambulance to hospital but only voice from

hospital to ambulance. Designed with data compression technique to reduce the size of

bandwidth.

Design of a mobile telephone system in the center of Rome city: Design of 7-cell and 12-cell

cluster which accommodate 10000 users in each square kilometer with blocking rate not more

than 2% was done, using Proplab software.

Propagation VHF/UHF radio waves over short and long paths: Using WINPROP, signal has

been transmitted over short and long paths by using different antennas with varying powers and

analyzed multipath, ionospheric reflection and signal to noise ratio. (Short path: Leicester to

Athens, Long path: Leicester to Lagos and Leicester to Washington.

Course: B.E in Electronics and Communications Engineering,

Thesis entitled: Medical Expert System for the Coronary Artery Disease Screening and

Diagnosis (6 months).

Brief Description: Aim of the project is to detect the CAD disease without the Human Intervention but

with the help of the Angiogram images simulated the outputs using MATLAB Simulink. Concepts used are

Image Segmentation Process and Neural Networks.

TECHNICAL SKILLS
