* Underwrite purchase loans using primarily income docs, FICO scores, and

approval and funding. Reviewed Purchase Contracts, Insurance, Title

Report, Paystubs, Bank Statements, and Appraisals (AVM & Full). Look at

the overall picture of the loan making sure it benefit clients. Review

and approve conditions submitted by branches/broker via fax.
