Job Profile:

• To work on Non Stop HP Server technology (Tandem) environment using BASE-24 and TACL

• Verifying various levels of Debit Transaction through ATM’s like Mobile top-up, Air

ticketing, Institution Fee Payments, Direct tax payment, etc.

• Verify ATM Transaction flow of On-us, Non On-us, Device Handler process, Authorization

process, HSM, Host Interface, Host, Interchanges & MasterCard Transactions.

• Managing files using utilities like FUP, ENFORM, SPOOLCOM, PERUSE, DSAP, PAK & UNPAK

• Have been working as a team in the following sites:

Site 1 (Indian Bank-Technology Management Department)

Key Roles

• Monitoring and taking regular count of ATM’s and transactions using PROGNOSIS

• Addition/deletion/Modification of ATMs/Host configurations using BASE-24

• Continuous monitoring of CPU/Disks utilization / ATMs / Hosts / links between

various Bilateral interchanges using EMS

• Resolving problems during functioning of the ATM Machines by Root cause Analysis

• Hotlisting of cards using BASE-24

• Preparation and submission of MIS reports to the Bank Officials and also to the

coordinator on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis

• Updating Database files such as CAF and PBF on a daily basis.

• Escalation and monitoring issues with Helpdesk / Vendors etc

• Daily updating of Foreign Currency conversion rates and any other transaction

related parameter value in Base24 switch

• Attending to daily, weekly and monthly backup & Restoration activities

• Attending to Telephonic & email queries from Bank officials on transactions/reports

• Downtime escalation to Branches/vendors and follow up.

• Answer queries on Admin/Partial Dispensed/Reversal/Suspect/Declined/Timed-out transactions

Site 2 (State Bank of India- Disaster Recovery Centre)

• Monitoring Extractors and Replicators

• Taking regular backups on weekly & monthly basis

• Restoring transaction files on Request.

• Participated in many successful DR-Drill’s which will help verifying the Base24 setup

on both Production and DR system covering 30,000+ ATM’s making SBI, the largest bank
