agreement with company). In 2012 led project to close down one plant
and transfer products to the second plant. Developed project plan
using MS Project and led project team comprising of representatives
from both plants. Functions included engineering, materials, finance,
production and IT. Concurrently led project to transition manufacturing
operation in the remaining plant to a lean operation working with
outside consultants, supply chain and production supervision.
