intake/assessments were completed. Treatment plan initiation included de-escalation
techniques such as seclusion, restraint and segregation. Crisis management in place for
inmates suffering from extensive self mutilation. Medically provided IV meds via
mediport and PICC, wound care, tracheostomy care, CPAP/BiPAP respiratory care to
chronically and terminally ill patients.

U.S.Marshals. Provided physical and mental intakes/assessments upon arrival to facility.
