Responsible for the design, quoting, building of all shop items, including signage, sign bases, custom millwork and

cabinetry, custom kitchens, custom furniture, store fixtures, etc. Also responsible for implementing policies and

procedures for the estimating, design, manufacturing and installation departments. Developed real time job costing

capabilities. Revised scheduling to a product loaded system as opposed to a date loaded system to improve employee

efficiency. Developed cross training programs which allowed company to operate at same business levels with fewer

employees. Rewrote the employee manual to eliminate the "gray' areas to protect rights of the company and the

employee. Developed incentive programs to encourage good work habits amongst employees. Responsible for getting

facility in compliance with O.S.H.A. Directly supervised 5 managers. Customers included Clark Appliance, Simon

Properties, Hansen & Horn, Pulte, Precedent Properties, etc.

furniture, retail displays, judges' benches and chambers, conference tables and residential furniture. Responsible for

project management on all programs designed, from concept through procurement, manufacturing and installation.

Worked very closely with customers providing design and engineering input on these products. Worked with vendors to

insure high material standards were met. Interact daily with production floor to insure products were manufactured

properly and timetables were met. Worked closely with the QA department to develop work instructions and standards

to achieve and maintain ISO-9000 status. 1st level field person for "Meet The Truck” programs and to resolve customer

complaints

and issues. Most recent projects include Royal Caribbean's Monarch Of The Seas, Vision Of The Seas and Nordic

Empress, Liz Claiborne, Liz Laundry, Nautica and the National Archives.

for computer system performance and maintenance. Responsible for the installation, setting up and debugging of the

Cabinet Vision solid modeling software. Responsible for compliance with O.S.H.A.
