identified and created the company's roadmap for operational and

cultural change, and continue to direct its implementation

throughout the company, including manufacturing, supply chain,

quality, and order processing departments. To-date, specific

accomplishments include implementation of demand based manufacturing

flow scheduling systems that have reduced interoperational WIP by

75% and reduced overall manufacturing lead-times by over 50%,

conducted Kaizen events that improved manufacturing flow and

increased productivity by over 40%, and defined and managed the

change from a forecast driven supply chain and purchasing system, to

a demand-pull Kanban replenishment system that has reduced stores

inventory by 28% to date.

. For DCI, a dental components manufacturing company, in a period of

less than one year, launched and managed kaizen events that reduced

late shipments by 89%, reduced product defects by 79% and increased

assembly productivity by 30%.

. For Brightwood Corporation, a $300M lumber remanufacturing company,

took the company through the Y2K transition with zero defects,

reduced IS/IT capital expenses by over $2M per year, and led the

. For Practice Technology Incorporated, a provider of Medical Practice

Management Consulting and Information Technology Services, in a

period of one year, created and brought to operational readiness, a
