Position: Sales & Service Specialist. Provided assistance to Estate
Settlement Advisor in the following manner:
. Write to banks, financial institutions, employers, insurance companies,
transfer agents, etc. to obtain date of death balances of all assets and
debts
. Draft correspondence to Co-Executors, beneficiaries, attorneys
representing PNC Bank as Executor regarding estate issues, distributions,
etc.
. When necessary, accompany Estate Settlement Advisor to decedent's home in
order to identify and secure valuables in home, ascertain existing assets
by reviewing decedent's records and mail found in home and/or accompany
Estate Settlement Advisor to the opening of a safe deposit box
. Arrange for an appraiser to value tangible personal property (artwork,
jewelry, coins, etc.)
. Correspond with State Inheritance Tax Branch and Federal agencies
regarding obtaining Inheritance Tax Waivers for all NJ assets, filing of
income tax returns, collecting information about US Savings Bonds and
instructions for redemption, etc.
. Transfer PNC Bank retail accounts into PNC estate account
. Collect all outside bank, brokerage accounts, annuities, stocks,
escheated assets and transfer to PNC estate account
. Pay estate bills and make distributions to beneficiaries
. Provide PNC Tax Officer with all exhibits enumerating all assets, debts,
expenses needed to prepare death tax returns

Court.
. Prepare variety of documents (Renunciations, Resignation of Trustee,
Designation of Successor Trustee, insurance forms for clients, etc.)
