and Emergency process. SGN Notice Management uses Insight
Noticing Tool, complying with Traffic Management Act and
Transport Scotland Act 2005 (Codes of Practice) issued by
UK government. Due to the recent amendment in TMA/TSA
rules and subsequent changes to the Codes of Practice for
Noticing and Permit, there will be significant impact on
SGN Notice Management System.
