AIR BLOWER, PUMPS,PROPANE REFRIGRATION UNIT,
Job Responsibility:
. Independent charge of plant.
. Controlling & monitoring all the process & parameters as per SOP.
. To achieve the production Target with Safety.
. Responsibility for quality of production.
. Manpower Handling
. Reporting to Sr. Engineer and HOD.
. Effective communication with Panel/Field operators through radio
system.
. Preparation of equipments for handing over to maintenance.
. Participate in safety audits and programs and provide emergency response
. N2 purging, Steaming in, Gassing up of unit, Start up of plant .when
required.
AREAS EXPOSURE
. OIL FIELD CRUD AND GAS SEPRATION
. S.R.U (SULPHUR RECOVERY UNIT).
. STEAM METHAN REFORMING (HYDROGEN GAS PLANT),
. GAS TREATING, NGL, METHANISOR, ETHENISOR,CONDENSET STEBILIZATION.
. TETRA FLUORO ETHYLENE (GAS CRAKING UNIT ).
Activities carried out during Pre-commissioning: -
Carrying out system checks with P&ID, Preparing punch list / clearance of
punch list, Chemical cleaning / Flushing /Air blowing / Inertization of the
system as per the commissioning plan, Instrumentation / control / ESD
logics / Interlocks checking, Catalyst loading, System tightness test, Test
run of rotating equipments, Combustion furnace refractory dry out, Alkali
boil-out of steam drum and waste heat boiler. Vessel Inspection before
final Box-up.
Activities carried out during Commissioning: -
System preparation, Ensuring availability of utilities, feed stocks and
safety systems, lining up and start up of the plant with feed cut-in.
Stabilization at minimum turndown capacity and load increase to design
capacity.
SAFETY PROCEDURES
Well experienced in handing over any equipment for maintenance in a SAFE
WAY knowing all procedures like ELECTRICALCLEARANCE,CABLE Disconnection /
Connection, isolation, flushing, purging etc.
Good experience in following all safety procedures to be followed during
Vessel Entry, Hot work, Open Flame like welding, cutting, and excavation
jobs etc. Having good knowledge about LEL & HEL.
PTW SYSTEM
Experienced in preparing, issuing and following up of permit systems for
Hot work, Cold work, Open flame Vessel Entry, Road closer, Excavation,
work, confined space entry etc. Working as a Permit Issuer & Receiver.
TRAININGS
working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Breathing apparatus & Gas monitors
.First-Aider.
Well trained in operating all types of fire extinguishers, attended
intensive fire fighting training, experienced in Fire protection and
Emergency Preparedness Plan.
