. Currently leading a software development team by following the Agile

development techniques for developing a state of the art Java/J2EE based

primary UI application for Discover Bank's call center customer servicing

agents as part of Discover's flagship Online Direct Banking corporate

initiative. Provide guidance to the 15 member team which includes project

managers, architects, technical leads, business analysts, and onsite &

offshore developers

. In my previous assignment at Discover, led teams in architecting and

creating multiple innovative high performing Java/J2EE functionalities

for Discover Card's mission critical 24x7 call center UI application used

by the customer servicing agents for handling the calls from 1-800-

DISCOVER. Effectively led the matrix project teams comprised of onsite,

remote, and offshore members for large flagship projects and coordinated

the technology efforts with other internal technology teams, vendors, and

external companies. Provided technical direction, conducted project
