Outage scheduler during RF-17 Responsible for gathering status for the

various Shaw crafts and ensuring that updates were entered correctly in

Primavera Activities Update Module (PAUM). Generated the status reports

which were used by the Shaw crafts for the updates. Updated the Ameren

bulk work manager on a nightly basis. Was the Shaw Outage Command Center

(OCC) relief, coordinating work as required.

drag line outage schedules at the following mines; In 2008 Beckville

(D31, D33), Tatum (D35), Oak Hill (D34, D36). In 2009 Beckville (D31,

D32, D33), Oak Hill (D34), Tatum (D35), and Big Brown (D11) Mines. WBS was

developed for the outage schedules. Daily status meeting were held during

the outages. The schedule was updated on a daily basis and a 4 day look

Senior Planner/Scheduler assigned to the outage group for the 2RC15 outage.

Responsibilities included the creation of schedule activities for the CW,

FW, SW systems, and the Turbine/generator related work which included an

exciter replacement. This required validating the resources and duration

as listed in Mosiac. During the outage was responsible for updating the

schedule with status as provided by the various work group general foremen.

Project Control Engineer - planner/scheduler. Duties include the

maintenance of the schedule for the new switchyard, developing the

excavation work for the site. Developed the civil/structural, & mechanical

construction & erection schedules for the two main buildings. Developed

the underground utilities schedule for the site. Scheduling software used

is Primavera P3.

Project scheduler for the Intel Fab 32 project. Developed the Programming

schedule, which evolved into the project schedule. Maintained the EPC

schedule and added activities with correct logic as design changes and new

scope were approved. Maintained the project scheduler for Intel's Fab12C

300mm conversion and for Post Fab12 Added Scope. Monitored and updated the

schedule. Produced 4-week lookahead schedules for the CM's. Notifying

management if activities were slipping and which items were on or near

critical path. The critical path method was used for this schedule.

Omaha Public Power District - Fort Calhoun Station (Under Contract)

Planner / Scheduler during the condenser tube replacement outage. Primary

duties included verifying status of the craft personnel by walking down the

work activities several times a day. Chaired the evening status meeting.

Notifying management if activities were slipping and which items were on or

near critical path. The critical path method was used for this schedule.

Scheduling software used was P3E/C.

Duke Energy Moss Landing Power Plant, Moss Landing, CA (Under

Contract) Nov 04- Nov 04

Developed & maintained the schedule for Gas Turbine compressor disassembly,

inspection & repair for 4 unit GE frame-7 co-generation power plant. Units

2, 3 & 4 were dissemble, inspect & reassembly while unit 1 was a complete

disassembly and rebuild the gas turbine. This was a short term contract

assignment (2 weeks) which lasted thru the reassembly and back on line for

units 2, 3, & 4.

AmerenUE, Callaway Nuclear Plant, Fulton, MO (Under contract)

Assigned to DCS Project as lead scheduler for the following projects;

Plant Computer Upgrade, Group 2 & 3 of Control Room Simulator, Portland

River Water Sampler, Supervisory, and Fiber Optic Backbone. All schedules

are updated using CPM and are resource loaded. Scheduling software used

was P3.

La Cygne Generating Station, La Cygne, KS Developed and maintained MS

Project schedule for the unit one spring 2004 outage. This schedule was

maintained using the critical path method. Developed the unit two fall

2004 outage schedule, using Primavera P3. This outage was cancelled due to

budget restraints.

the hot reheat pipe replacement and a separate schedule for the economizer

Harquahala Generating Plant, Harquahala Valley, AZ Developed the

detailed construction and startup schedule for a 1500MW 3 x 3 x 3 combined

cycle electric generating plant utilizing Siemens/Westinghouse 501G

combustion turbines and NEM HRSG's. Interfaced with construction

management; Siemens-Westinghouse, subcontractors and the client on a daily

basis. Held weekly progress status meetings updated and maintained the

schedule. Schedule was maintained using the Critical Path method and new

activities added as necessary. Produced 12 week, 6 week and 3 week look

during the construction of a four (4) unit gas fired $550M electric

generation facility and a zero liquid discharge plant. Duties include the

schedule analysis of the construction schedule, developed the detailed

schedules of 5 interface contracts and the coordination between owner

contracts and the prime contractor. Developed the commissioning /start-up

schedule and fully integrated this schedule into the construction/erection

schedule. CPM used for all updates and analysis. Produced grafts and

charts as required by project management. Scheduling software used for

this assignment was Primavera P3, & MS Project.

American Crystal Sugar, East Grand Forks, MN Project Scheduler for

mechanical contractor during the 1999 overhaul campaign. Developed and

maintained the outage schedules for four separate sugar production plants

and produced man-hour (earned value) plots/curves during their maintenance

overhauls. Scheduling software used was Sure Trak.

scheduled through commercial operation. This schedule was resource and cost

loaded. The Critical Path method was used for all schedule updates.
