Key Achievements related to deliverables across Career Span
Safely & Successfully restoration of +/- 50 wells in 2.5 years in Zubair Field after workover operations, which includes
re-perforation, stimulation, wellhead changeover, A/L installation at an average of $2.5 MM/ well operational cost.
Successfully improved well construction design to reduce environmental damage (reducing 20% formation cuttings)
and improving well completion design to increase hydrocarbon production by 30%. Published SPE Paper# 95896
(EXPANDABLE SAND SCREENS LOW COST, HIGH DELIVERABILITY BHIT GAS FIELD APPLICATION, ENI -
PAKISTAN) that was published and presented during SPE Annual Technical Conference 2009 in Islamabad. This
well/completion design reduced the budget by 20%.
Successfully plugged and abandoned 3 gas wells and re-completed as water disposal wells without using a workover
rig involving only cranes. The rig operation was estimated to complete within a budget of $2.5MM, actually completed
within $1MM.
