upgrade between PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 and PeopleSoft HCM 9.1.
Discussed PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 functional requirements with
business users. Documented PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 business
process flows. Performed Function Point Counting of the
PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 Recruiting and ePerformance modules.
Analyzing and reapplying customizations to PeopleSoft HCM
9.1, including Recruiting, Talent Management, and core HR
modifications, using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application
Engine, SQL, and ORACLE.

Customized the PeopleSoft ELM 9.0 system by adding Training
Plan functionality using PeopleTools, PeopleCode,
Application Designer, Application Packages, and SQL with an
ORACLE database. Created an Application Engine program to
load courses into the training plan. Reapplied ELM
customizations as part of applying bundles. Assisted
functional end users during user acceptance testing.

practices project to integrate the payroll system across

to define requirements and provide production support. HCM
8.9 and HCM 9.0 production support includes Payroll

Portal, HRIS interfaces, and new hire workflow.

KForce/Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (4/2007 to
4/2008):
. Worked with PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 functional users to define
requirements and provide production support. Completed
several HCM 8.9 Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Manager,
Candidate Gateway, Benefits and Training Administration
enhancements. Modifications included PeopleTools,
Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR,
SQL, DataMover, Component Interface, Integration Broker,
Application Messaging and Application Package
customizations. Analyzed eBenefits, ePay, eProfile and
Training Administration bundle upgrade objects. Used Change
Assistant and reapplied HCM customizations as part of an HCM
8.9 bundle upgrade. Participated in several PeopleSoft HCM
8.9 analysis and design meetings with functional users, and
developed a PeopleSoft Staff Training and Certifications
application using PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 on an Oracle database.
Worked on loading training information using the ExceltoCI
Component Interface and Quick Test Professional (QTP).

LodeStar Consulting/SAIC (2/2006 to 3/2007):
. Worked with functional users on the upgrade from PeopleSoft
HCM 8.8 to PeopleSoft HCM 8.9.
Participated in several functional requirements gathering
sessions, developed design documents, and developed
customizations to the PeopleSoft HCM Global Assignment
tracking module, such as assignment details, assignment tax,
and assignment compensation functionality. Retrofitted
several HCM 8.8 customizations into HCM 8.9. Modified
Application Engine and SQR programs for the HCM 8.9 upgrade,
Employee Stock Participation Program project, and benefits
open enrollment. Developed HCM 8.9 pending hire
functionality, including pending hire security. Implemented
HCM 8.9 Department Tree and Grade Row Level Security using
Security Join Tables. Developed HCM component, page,
record, and PeopleCode customizations, and created queries
in an ORACLE database environment.
Booz Allen Hamilton/Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority
(5/2004 to 4/2005):
. Led a team to implement PeopleSoft HCM 8.8. Developed
PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal 8.8 functionality including
single sign-on using Business Interlinks, Component
Interface, eDirectory, and LDAP. Designed PeopleSoft 8.8
Human Capital Management interface specifications.
Developed HCM interfaces such as HIPAA medical and dental
benefits interfaces using SQR and Application Engine.
Assisted in the conversion of data for going live on a
PeopleSoft 8.8 Financial Management project that included

. Identified and resolved production issues related to a

Analyzed, designed, and developed functionality to

Developed conversion programs using SQA to convert open purchase orders
from legacy systems to a PeopleSoft Financials 7.5 system. Created
PeopleCode customizations on a PeopleSoft Product Configurator project,
such as facilitating the entry of direct production orders. Debugged
PeopleSoft programs using Application Reviewer and PeopleSoft tracing.

Borden Foods (4/1998 to 6/1998):
Provided production support and assisted in a PeopleSoft Financials version
7 upgrade. Determined the steps and resources necessary to upgrade from a
PeopleSoft version 5 General Ledger and Accounts Payable implementation to
PeopleSoft version 7. Troubleshooted Accounts Payable issues such as the
tracking of lost discounts. Developed General Ledger row-level security
customizations using PeopleTools and PeopleCode.

Led a team to conduct fit and gap analyses on a PeopleSoft Federal HRMS
project for the IRS and U.S. Customs service. Led several PeopleSoft HRMS
requirements gathering sessions with functional users. Analyzed and
documented the as-is and to-be Human Resource business processes, including
Benefits, Labor Relations, Health and Safety, and Training Administration
processes. Developed spreadsheets to record the fit and gap between legacy
Human Resources functionality and PeopleSoft Human Resources functionality.
Developed over 20 deliverables including business process models,
reporting requirements, and interface requirements. Assisted in the
development of a business case that highlighted the benefits of a
PeopleSoft Human Resources implementation.
Led the analysis and design of a PeopleSoft Public Sector Asset Management
system for the Metropolitan Council. Conducted Asset Management fit and
gap analysis sessions by comparing the client's legacy Asset Management
systems with PeopleSoft's Asset Management System. Identified appropriate
modifications and interfaces, and determined appropriate security and
conversion requirements. Demonstrated the PeopleSoft Asset Management
functionality to the users and developed the requirements and design
documentation for the implementation.
. Managed a team of 9 people to perform system testing of a
PeopleSoft Financials General Ledger,
Payables, Purchasing, Project Costing and Asset Management
system for the New York Times. Coordinated team activities
and team assignments, including developing work plans and
tracking the development and execution of system test
scripts. Tested PeopleSoft Payables and Purchasing
functionality, including requisition approval workflow
processing.
Led a team to develop an International PeopleSoft Financials General Ledger
system for JP Morgan. Developed work plans and tracked the progress of the
project. Developed several Journal reports, Ledger reports, and multi-
currency reports using SQR on an ORACLE database. Developed a SQR program
to convert account information from Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to
PeopleSoft trees.
Managed a team of 7 people in the development of a federal IEF
client/server system for the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Interviewed clients to determine user requirements, created project
