Established direction and led global compliance department comprised of corporate patent office; import / export control

and management; health, safety, and environmental (HSE); and corporate training. Addressed Board of Directors ethics

and compliance issues.

Successfully reorganized stagnant transactional functions to be world class departments with a

o Spearheaded global project to analyze waste reduction and utilities at manufacturing sites;

operating role with accountability for finance, HR, facilities, and communication.

Integrated corporate functions into the industrial operation as part of transition to divisional

reduced budget by 25%.

Devised and led implementation of a global data repository for worldwide scientific community.

o Improved effectiveness and productivity, and created robust infrastructure to facilitate idea and

information sharing for the first time in company’s 65+ year history.
