Responsible for the service of computers to the general public. Manage all records and
accounts, keep up on deadlines and projects due, fix computer needs for customers in a
timely fashion, teach customers the proper use to avoid interruptions of their systems, and
provide customer service to meet the needs of clients.

Responsible for all aspects of managing my own construction business. Duties include
communication constantly with client, estimations of projects, setting a schedule, coordinate
efforts of other companies to complete sub-work, organize and implement work, and create
and maintain a database of clients, materials, sub-contractors, and other office base needs.

for my own activity, marketing, and real estate duties. My duties consist of market analysis,
property taxes, liens on properties, use of land (mineral rights, easements, encroachments,
access, and others), communication with clients through e-mail, written documents,
telephone, and personal contact, and create and maintain database files of past and present
clients and other professionals I work closely with.
• July 2003 – January 2005 Presbyterian Medical Services Lead Teacher of Pre-K
Was responsible of 22 children and held close relations with the parents. Implemented classroom
rules, curriculum, upkeep, nutrition, play, and helped with training for other teachers. .
• August 2001- January 2002 YMCA Before – After School Director
Responsible for 20 to 35 elementary age children in my own center located at the school. In charge
of two employees, implemented schedules, made calendars, curriculum for the program, planned
events, did the billing, nutritional means, handled all communication with parents, tutored children
with homework, set rules, and took care of all aspects in my center.
