Director, Talent Management
Responsible for directing the human capital management and organization
development activities in support of four business units, ~ $700MM and ~
1900 associates.
Executed the corporate executive level 9-Box talent review process,
facilitating executive assessments and across-business unit calibrations of
performance, learning agility, risk of loss, promotability, succession
planning, and developmental opportunities.
Integrated four diverse performance management schemes (embedded in four
diverse operating cultures) into one consolidated framework to facilitate
group-level culture-building and shared services efficiency.

Responsible for HR Business Partnering with executive management team and
providing organization development support for strategic acquisitions and
initiatives, organization design, leadership and management development,
change management and executive messaging.
Provided executive-level organization design expertise and direction to
several organizational restructures, aligning structure and resources to
strategy, enabling aggressive organic growth as well as positioning the
organization for integrating strategic acquisitions.
Collaborated with the Services & Operations VP to execute a strategic
restructuring; result was a savings of $2.5MM in a single fiscal year.
This project involved a complex realignment of resources as well as self-
funding the creation of a new customer relationship management department.
Planning included exploring operational gaps and pain points and
stakeholder socialization; implementation included change management, team
development, and process improvement activities. This VP was promoted in
April 2011 to President; she has added me to her Executive Management Team
to provide strategic OD support.

Responsible for providing organization development interventions, tools,
and consultation to business unit leaders, including organization design,
change management, leadership development, and performance consulting.
Lead designer, facilitator, and presenter of two "dinner and a day"
developmental sessions on systems thinking for the ELT (Executive
Leadership Team - the Top 200 SHC executives). Sessions included a
simultaneous running of 24 "Beer Game" simulations, an interactive MBA-
level content presentation, customized case studies, systems thinking
tools, and application to enterprise top 10 Roadmap projects. These
sessions were at the direction of the CEO; post-session CEO comment was
"exceeded expectations."

Practice Director and Founder
Organization development consulting practice specializing in organization
assessment, diagnosis, and design, change management, and teambuilding.
Designed and directed an organizational SWOT survey of a $4B business unit.

customer service, productivity, and people measurements; received
corporate recognition in 2001 as recipient of the prestigious Five Star
Award.
