Responsible of overseeing projects exceeding 30,000 tons. I also work with

vendors, contractors on all projects as well as purchase of material and

allocation of all material used. I also participate in project bidding.

Responsible for new product development which includes: Creating part flat

blanks for cnc programing using Fabriwin. Creating any needed prints using

AutoCAD 2000, taking a product through the entire development process and

when a customer print is not available.

creating process procedures, working instructions from customer prints.

Designed powertrain components and gearboxes from customers specifications.

Developed the entire manufacturing process for all products produced.

Selected raw material to be used based on customer's requirements. Creating

data-sets for CNC programming, specifying dimensions and tolerances with

GD&T, performing stackup analysis on all parts to assure that final product

meets customers demands. While in the capacity of this position my skills

and knowledge of machining and design were my strengths.
