• Supervised/ oversaw day-to-day operations of 9 management employees in 24-hour/ 365-day operation to

i nsure an efficient & effective operation. Responsible for hiring, evaluations, compensation & discipline

administration.

• Negotiated terms & rates of customer contracts, and acted as liaison between a customer base consisting

of commodity traders, petroleum blenders and chemical blenders and the facility. Handled each

customer’s concerns and provide for their own individual and unique needs.

• Oversaw scheduling of; 17 marine berths annually serving 427+ tankers and 2200+ barges, movements

to and from cross country t ransmission pipelines and movements into, out of and between shore tanks,

• Managed and scheduled the day-to-day work performance of 15 union employees.
