active directory loads and other scheduled jobs. Responsible

This data center is one of the largest in the world; it
completes all data processing for the
entire East Coast Banking centers. Duties vary on a
nightly basis; production monitoring
is essential for current onlines which update everything
from ATM, to onsite teller PC's for
available balances. This job required extensive use of CA7/11,
and manipulation of JCL, much research and problem determination
required using CA7 to prevent production
problems. Omegamon used to determine CPU bottlenecks, enqueues,
etc. Served as
Communications Manager, in the capacity of coordinating on a
nightly basis San Francisco Data Center/Richmond Data
Center/Networking/Systems Management/IP sites as focal
point for problem management, and set facilitate bridge calls
for problem resolution. Awarded Corporate title of Operations
Officer after only twelve months of service. Scheduled with
Distributed Systems based TWS (Maestro), and OPC for Large
systems base.
