• Principal Chemist for the implementation of a NEW Barrier Pack (Bag-in-Can) Manufacturing Line (line 5). Established production

line and QA specifications for barrier pack finished Goods and trained all QA and manufacturing personnel, how to test for these

specifications. Recommendations proposed and implemented to decrease the number of defective finish goods produced. Line 5

Profit in 2002: Over $1.3 million .

• Developed a New Test Run Form and Procedure to enhance communication between departments and to make the production batch

Scale-up process more efficient and effective.

• Member of the manufacturing plant site Chemical Awareness Training Committee. Introduced “Chemical Fair” idea that was

implemented by the committee. Result: Committee was awarded “Best Training Practices Award” via Sherwin Williams Corporate

Health and Safety in the year 2001.
