Serving as the Nuclear Document Control/Records Coordinator

Supervisor for the Nuclear Division of Pegasus Steel. As this is a new

division, I am responsible for the creation and managing of the Nuclear

Document Control program which include writing the Nuclear Document

Control Procedures, Work Instructions, and identifying any other

activities that are Document Control related and making sure they are

compliant with NQA-1 Standards. Also, helped in the creation and

management of the CAR (Corrective Action Reporting) and the NCR

(Nonconformance Reporting) programs.

Division, QC Inspector 2 – Certified in M&TE Technician

Assigned to perform test and inspections during the construction of

Plant Vogtle’s Units 3 & 4, verifying quality requirements specified in

codes, standards and Engineering documents are met as well as

inspecting documentation for completeness and accuracy before it is

turned over at project completion. Performs calibrations and verifications

on required equipment in the M&TE program.

National Enrichment Facility, Hobbs, New Mexico, Technical

Diagnostics- Document Turnover Team Lead

Assigned in a Supervisory level as Document Turnover Team.

Responsible for overseeing the proper completion of Turnover Packages

to be submitted for Commissioning and Acceptance to the NRC.

Perry Nuclear Plant, Perry, OH / Day & Zimmermann – Outage Field

Engineer

Assigned as Field Engineer and worked in a Supervisory level for the

plant spring outage. Walked down clearances for work order packages,

tracked parts needed for work, worked with supervisors/foremen to

ensure work was done according to schedule, and audited work order

packages prior to closing to ensure all required paperwork was included

Lyondell Chemical, Morris, IL / CDI Engineering - Document Control

Engineer / Drafting Specialist

Assigned as Document Control Engineer / Drafting Specialist working to

set up the Document Control Process for the Plant. Assisted with MOC's

and AutoCAD; which included taking measurements and calculations to

ensure that piping and instrumentation were per specification before

drafting “As-Built” drawings. Implemented the Document Control

Database. Served in Supervisory level.

Chicago Bridge & Iron, Plainfield, IL . - Document Control DFO

Coordinator - GPLNG / Sabine Pass, Texas

Assigned to the Grand Pass LNG Project in Sabine Pass, Texas as the

DFO Coordinator. Lead the turnover of all final documentation of the

Project as well as help coordinate the Document Control Process. Wrote

Policies and Procedures for this position as well.

Assigned to the Citgo Lemont Refinery as a Document Control Specialist

aspects of Document Control for the 2006 Alky Unit Turnaround.

Assisted with Planning/Scheduling of all EWRs for the turnaround in

SAP and Primavera. Performed walked downs and Inspections as

Engineers. Checking all MOC's for completeness and accuracy.

Tracking of Engineering hours for each project assigned.

Upkeep (archiving by scanning or filing) of Documents (drawings,

equipment files) for all In-house Engineering projects

projects and served as Administrator of the Drafting/Design Database.

Assigned in-house, CDI Beaumont Branch Office, performing general in-

house project coordination duties such as assigning administrative

duties as well as purchasing and in charge of the upkeep (archiving by

scanning or filing) of Documents (drawings, reports and project files) for

all In-house Engineering projects, receiving and proper distribution and

transmittals of project related documents to and from the client. Monthly

reporting and dispersing of petty cash, Office Accounts and Payables.

Sabina Petrochemicals / CDI Engineering - Project Document

Control Lead

Assigned to Sabina/BASF, in charge of the receiving, proper distribution

and document management of all drawings and vendor documents that

were transmitted to and from the project; working directly with and

directly for the engineers involved on the project. In addition, was part of

the BASF/ABB Lummus Global Integrated Team that worked together on

the upkeep and general running of their Document Control Department,

and was responsible for all Vendor Documentation for the Project, as

well as all general coordinator duties as needed on the project.

2000-2001

BASF / CDI Engineering - QA/QC Document Control Coordinator

Assigned to BASF, BASF/NROC construction project, working directly

with the BASF QA/QC Managing Engineer. Responsible for the

acquisition, proper distribution and maintaining and filing of all original /

legal documents that pertained to the QA/QC of the project, making sure

that all required paperwork was in order before the final acquisition of the

unit by BASF, as well as general coordination duties as needed by the

Construction Engineering team. Lead the final turnover of documents to

the Client at the close of the project.
