coating drum, sugar auger feeder, gravimetric feeder, volumetric

feeders, hoppers and spray manifold. Write purchasing

requisitions for the different pieces of equipment, oil supply

and sugar dusting.

. Eli Lilly, Indianapolis, IN. Provided technical support developing and

revising P&ID's on a biopharmaceutical project. Calculated pressure

relief valves and rupture disks loads for fire condition following NFPA

standards and the line capacities. Calculated the glycol loads used in

vessel jackets based on the process cooling requirements.

. Kraft, Granite City, IL. Developed and modified utility hot water and

steam P&ID's for a soft drink plant. Calculated line sizes for steam

and domestic hot water based on flow and users requirements.

. Nestl -Purina, Dunkirk, NY. Developed utility hot water and cooling

water P&ID's for a dog food plant expansion project. Calculated all the

design parameters for utility hot water and cooling water tanks and

pumps. Calculated the design parameters for a steam injection control

valve and an air receiver. Wrote construction specifications for

process mechanical equipment installation, process piping and utility

piping. Wrote equipment specifications and data sheets for utility hot

water and cooling water tanks and pumps, steam injection control valve,

pumps for a new gum base manufacturing plant in China. Specify sizes

brewing plant project. Wrote the SOP considering design, operation and
